250 Invitations Issued to Provincial Nominee Class Candidates
In this latest draw, the Canadian federal government has issued another 250 invitations to eligible Express Entry candidates. The CRS cut-off score for this draw was 813.
Last year was a record-breaking one for Canada’s Express Entry system. A total of 107,350 invitations were issued, the highest number of ITAs issued through EE in one year. We anticipate that this year will be another big one, with more ITAs issued than ever before.
Canada’s three-year immigration plan
Canada’s new immigration plan will welcome 401,000 new permanent residents in 2021, the greatest number of new Canadians in history.
The immigration goals for the following three years are in line with previous increases in Canadian immigration targets. The amounts are generally set at 1% of the population of Canada.
For the next three years Canada will accept:
- 2021: 401,000 new permanent residents
- 2022: 411,000 new permanent residents
- 2023: 421,000 new permanent residents
