OINP Draw Invites 1,179 New Express Entry Profiles – Sept 28, 2022
Ontario held the targeted Tech Draw on 28 September 2022 to issue 1,179 NOIs (Notifications of interest) to the targeted occupations under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream. It is the 4th NOI invitation round this year of popular Express Entry- HCP (Human Capital Priorities) stream of Ontario PNP.

This draw considered Express Entry profiles created between September 28, 2021 – September 28, 2022 in below listed 6 NOC codes:
- 0213 – Computer and information systems managers
- 2147 – Computer engineers
- 2172 – Database analysts and data administrators
- 2173 – Software engineers and designers
- 2174 – Computer programmer and interactive media developers
- 2175 – Web designers and developers
So far Ontario PNP has invited 10,621 Express Entry profiles this year under below mentioned three different streams:
- Human Capital Priorities stream – 3,076
- French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream – 1,379
- Skilled Trades stream – 6,166
Eligibility for Ontario PNP Human Capital Priorities Stream:
- You must have a profile in Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker or Canada Experience Class category.
- You must have a equivalent of Canadian bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree.
- CLB 7 or higher in language proficiency.
- You must have enough money to support yourself and your dependent family members when you settle in Canada.
- You must intend to live in Ontario if you’re granted permanent residence.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) searches the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool on a regular basis to identify applicants who may fit the requirements of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
