Express Entry Draw #384 | 6,000 CEC Candidates Invited!
On December 10, 2025, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 6,000 invitations in the Express Entry draw. The minimum CRS score was 520. This draw is program-specific. Only candidates who were nominated under the Canadian Experience Class are invited.
So far this year, IRCC has invited 105,599 ITAs through the Express Entry system.

What is the Canadian Experience Class (CEC)?
The Canadian Experience Class is one of the three main immigration programs under Express Entry. It’s designed for individuals who already have at least 1 year of work experience in Canada and want to transition to permanent residency.
This round marks the highest number of ITAs issued for the CEC stream in the 2025 season, with 6,000 Invitations to Apply going to CEC candidates. Not only is this six times more than the previous draw, but the CRS cut-off score also dropped by 11 points. This sharp increase in ITAs and lower CRS score suggest a strong demand for skilled workers with Canadian work experience.
