Why CRS Score Remains High in PNP Draws

The high CRS score in this Express Entry draw may seem challenging at first. However, it is important to understand how the scoring works. Candidates who receive a provincial nomination automatically gain 600 additional CRS points. This significantly boosts their ranking in the pool. As a result, PNP draws always have higher cut-off scores compared to other categories such as the Canadian Experience Class. This means that the score of 795 is not an indication of increased difficulty. It simply reflects the structure of the PNP system.
