Canada Express Entry Draw – Latest Results

On November 12, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝑫𝒓𝒂𝒘 #𝟑𝟕𝟖 inviting candidates in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) category of the Express Entry system. The draw issued 100 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533.

• Prediction for the next draw: Category-based draw on November 13 or 14- possibly trades or French.

Latest Express Entry Draws in 2025  and Trends

While we have seen 48 draws take place so far this year, the draw sizes have been relatively small for all the categories, and the Canadian experience Class is not the exception.

In the last five CEC draws, the number of invitations has remained steady at 1,000, while the score has decreased by only one point, from 534 to 533.

We have also seen only 2 draws for the Education occupations category.

The 2025-2027 immigration levels plan allocates over 80,000 spots for in-Canada applicants. With this, we expect IRCC to continue CEC draws in 2025.

How Many Invitations to Apply Will Be Issued before the end of 2025?

Based on the Immigration levels plan, we expected around 90,000 to 110,000 ITAs to be issued during 2025, which was in line with the number of ITAs issued in 2024.

But so far, IRCC has issued only: 82,303

So we don’t expect more than 95,000 in total for 2025.
