Canada’s Express Entry draw invites candidates with CRS score as low as 466.
The Express Entry draw on August 12 invited 3,600 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency. The lowest CRS score that received an invite was 466.
Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the “tie-breaking” rule, meaning if more than one candidate held the 466 score the cut off would be based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles. The tie break for this invitation round was August 6, 2019 at 12:14 UTC. Those who submitted their profiles before that time received an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
