Ontario PNP Latest Draw Invites 1,061 Tech and Health Candidates
The Ontario PNP latest draw held on July 20, 2023, saw Notification of Interest (NOIs) being issued to a total of 1,061 candidates under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. Invited candidates also required a minimum CRS score of 458-462 – to be eligible for this invitation round.
OINP Express Entry Notifications of Interest
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) regularly searches Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry pool to find candidates who may meet the criteria of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.

Candidates only received a notification if they had a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 458-462 and work experience in the following national occupational classification (NOC) codes.
Your work experience in one of the following NOCs must be listed as your primary NOC in your Express Entry profile:
- NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers

After you receive a notification of interest, you may submit an online application to the OINP if you qualify under the Ontario Express Entry stream for which your notification of interest was issued. You must submit your application within 45 calendar days of receiving the notification of interest.
