Ontario Invites 502 Express Entry Candidates in Latest PNP Draw
Latest Ontario PNP Draw: The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a new round of invitations on January 12, 2022. In its first Human Capital draw of the year, Ontario invited 502 Express Entry candidates to apply for nomination.
Invited candidates had profiles in the Express Entry system with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 464 and 467.
The OINP invited candidates if they had work experience in one of the following 18 occupations listed in order of their National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

| 0122 | Banking, credit and other investment managers |
| 0124 | Advertising, marketing and public relations managers |
| 0125 | Other business services managers |
| 0211 | Engineering managers |
| 0311 | Managers in health care |
| 0601 | Corporate sales managers |
| 0631 | Restaurant and food service managers |
| 0711 | Construction managers |
| 0731 | Managers in transportation |
| 0911 | Manufacturing managers |
| 1121 | Human resources professionals |
| 1122 | Professional occupations in business management consulting |
| 2161 | Mathematicians, statisticians and actuaries |
| 3012 | Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses |
| 3211 | Medical laboratory technologists |
| 3231 | Opticians |
| 3233 | Licensed practical nurses |
What is Human Capital Priorities Stream?
Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities stream uses the Express Entry system to search for profiles that help meet the province’s labour market or demographic needs.
The stream holds draws throughout the year, where they target a CRS range and set of occupational codes, and invite candidates to apply for the chance to be nominated for Canadian permanent residence.
pon receiving a nomination from Ontario, candidates receive an additional 600 points toward their CRS score, essentially guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.
