Ontario PNP Draw | French Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) Stream
Ontario PNP: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has invited 115 French-speaking skilled workers from the Express Entry pool of candidates.

What is French-Speaking stream?
Throughout the year, OINP invites French-speaking candidates directly from the Express Entry pool to apply for nomination. This is the fourth French-speaking draw held this year2021. In addition to meeting the minimum Express Entry requirements to submit a profile, candidates must also meet the following:
- Have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree;
- Provide French language results at a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in each area of the exam;
- Provide English language results with a minimum of CLB 6 in each area of the exam;
- Have legal status in Canada, if applying from within the country; and
- Intend to reside in Ontario upon becoming a permanent resident
If a candidate meets these requirements, and the CRS requirements of the draw, they may be issued a Notification of Interest (NOI) of their Express Entry profile.
Application Fees
The fee for this stream is quite expensive, the most expensive in all other Provincial Nominee Programs. It is set at 1,500 CAD. It can only be paid by a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Application fees can only be refunded if the processing of the application has not started, either (i) if the applicant withdraws his/her application before processing starts, or (ii) if the application is refused as being incomplete by the OINP.
