Express Entry Draw #175 |Canada Immigration| February 10th, 2021
The latest Express Entry draw #175 was restricted to candidates with provincial nominations, meaning that only those who have been successfully nominated through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) were considered. In the February 10 Express Entry draw for immigration to Canada, 654 candidates will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA). The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off threshold for this draw was 720 points.
Express Entry Draw (175) issued 654 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 720. The third Provincial Nominee Program draw of 2021 saw the CRS score decrease by 21 points compared to the previous PNP draw held on January 20, 2021.
Candidates with a Provincial Nomination receive an additional 600 CRS points which explains the spike in required points for this draw as only candidates with Nomination Certificates were selected.
IRCC applied its tie-breaking rule with the timestamp of August 14, 2020 at 06:51:00 UTC UTC. This means that if more than one eligible candidate had the minimum CRS score, only those who submitted their Express Entry profiles before this date and time received invitations.
