The OINP HCP Draw: A Path to Permanent Residency

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream is designed to attract highly skilled individuals who can contribute to the province’s workforce and economy.


Express Entry Profile

Candidates must possess a valid Express Entry profile under either the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP).


Educational Qualifications

Candidates are required to have an educational level equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor’s degree or higher.


Language Proficiency

Proficiency in English or French, with a minimum score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or higher is required.


Settlement Funds

Candidates must be able to prove sufficient settlement funds to support themselves and their dependent family members.


Intention to Live in Ontario

Candidates must demonstrate their intention to live and settle in Ontario.
