Saskatchewan PNP: Latest SINP Draw has 802 Invited

On July 21, 2022, the Canadian province of Saskatchewan held the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Draw using the Expression of Interest (EOI) procedure. This is the third draw conducted by the province in the month of July.

 

On the basis of the in-demand profile, a total of 802 immigrants were invited to apply for Permanent Residence in Saskatchewan. The draw’s specifics, including the minimum required score and the number of invites awarded to each stream, are listed below:

As a special measure in response to the current conflict in Ukraine, Saskatchewan also invited immigrants from Ukraine who meet the minimum criteria. The criteria of the invitation is as follows:
• Minimum Score: 60
• Invitations Issued: 5

What is the Process for Saskatchewan Expression of Interest?

  1. Submit EOI profile.
  2. Enter EOI candidate pool.
  3. EOI candidates selected.
  4. Invitations to Apply issued via regular draws.
  5. Candidates submit full application within 60 days.
  6. SINP officials assess applications and make decision.

How many points needed to register with Saskatchewan PNP?

A minimum of 60 out of a total 110 points available must be scored to be able to register an EOI with the SINP for being considered for Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand. Factors assessed – education and training, skilled work experience, language ability, age, connection to Saskatchewan labour market, and adaptability.

What is Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand?

Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand categories are for those who have education and work experience in an occupation in high demand in the Saskatchewan labour market. While the SINP’s Express Entry category is linked with the federal Express Entry system, the Occupations In-Demand category runs independently.
